Competition: JTD 2025 Tickets

 

1. Promoter

The competition is organized and operated by Agilysis, referred to as the "Promoter."

2. Eligibility

  • This competition is open to individuals aged 18.
  • Entrants must complete the provided survey in full to qualify.
  • Employees of the Promoter, their families, and any associated parties are excluded from participation.

3. Entry Requirements

  • Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to participate.
  • To enter, participants must complete the survey by 11:59 PM on 08/12/2024.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted. Any duplicate entries will be disqualified.
  • Entries that are incomplete, late, or illegible will not be accepted.

4. Prize

  • There are 5 individual Joining the Dots 2025 entry tickets available to be won.
  • Each ticket is limited to one winner and is non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
  • Where the winner has already purchased a ticket, they will be able to transfer the ticket to a friend or colleague.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Selection and Notification of Winners

  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the competition deadline.
  • The draw will take place on 09/12/2024.
  • Winners will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within [7 days], the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Use of Information

  • By entering, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and processing their data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Contact Information provided will only be used for the purposes of administering this competition and contacting winners. All other answer information will be retained for analysis and will not include contact information.

7. Publicity

  • Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the competition. This may include the use of their name and photograph in promotional materials.

8. Liability

  • The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical errors or issues beyond their control.

9. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the competition at any time without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
